Italian American Cultural Association of Virginia

In 1988, the Hilda Manieri Traina Scholarship was established at Richard Bland College, of the College of William & Mary. Applicants must be full time undergraduate students, must have a financial need, maintain a 3.0 grade point average and must have some Italian ancestry.

In 1996, the Fierro Family of Richmond established The Fierro Family IACA scholarship at Virginia Commonwealth University. Similarly, in order to apply for the scholarship, applicants must have a financial need, maintain a 3.0 grade point average and must have some Italian ancestry.

Applications must be made through the respective Financial Aid Offices.

Please consider a contribution to one of our scholarship funds. Many corporations provide matching funds. You may also consider a special bequeath in your estate planning.
